Kim has an insatiable zest for life. She has an abundant list of interests and passions that she loves to share with others. Her first love, fitness, became a part of her life at 16 when she participated in 80’s aerobics classes. Yoga floated in and out of her fitness repertoire as it never really captured her heart. However, in 2014 she stepped into a class that changed everything for her regarding her perception of yoga. The class was athletically challenging yet meditative and inspirational. This style resonated with her as it was a great workout and also became a platform for growth and self-awareness. A year later she signed up for teacher training.
