One of our Level 3 Membership options in a small group training setting. Consisting of 10 or fewer people, the program follows a 4-6 week program cycling high and low repetition ranges. The low trainer-to-client ratio allows for a customized approach for each person to be able to progress and work at their own pace. The low pressure, high motivation level will help get almost anyone to their personal goal. Legacy Strength focuses on targeting larger muscle groups of the body and training them to be as functional as possible through different movements.
