LegacyFit Cardio

One of our Level 3 Membership options in a small group training setting. Consisting of 10 or fewer people, the program follows a 4-6 week program cycling high and low repetition ranges. The low trainer-to-client ratio allows for a customized approach for each person to be able to progress and work at their own pace. The low pressure, high motivation level will help get almost anyone to their personal goal. Legacy Cardio focuses on targeting the entire body from a cardiovascular standpoint in order to build endurance as well as some strength.

Legacy Strength focuses on targeting larger muscle groups of the body and training them to be as functional as possible through different movements.

Boot Camp

A high intensity, total body, high repetition, and fast paced workout. Expect to be tired at the end!

Abs Boot Camp

A high-intesntiy style workout focusing primarily on high repetitions and a whole lot of Ab work!!

Total Body Circuit

Total Body Circuit is just that- a total body workout. Expect to alternate between a series of different Ā strength and cardio exercises to work all the major muscle groups of your body.

Instructor’s Choice

This could be a class involving Spinning, a total body circuit, or even HIIT. Whatever it may be, expect to feel great after an amazing mash-up workout with the given instructor!

Strength Training

Strength Training is a full body workout focusing on strength and endurance of the major muscle groups, while also providing a few cardio intervals in between the exercises.
