The Legacy Center Sports Complex first opened our doors in November of 2013 with our 104,000 sq. ft. Dome, 7 outdoor multi sport fields and Fitness Center. Since then we have expanded to over 220,000 sq. ft. of indoor facilities which include a Baseball Training Center, Field House Stadium, and additional Fitness Suites for our members. We plan to continue our Legacy by breaking ground on a state of the art 65,000 sq ft Medical Wellness Center in the Fall of 2017. This facility will feature 3 stories of fitness equipment, a lap pool and kid’s wet area, adult wet areas (lockers, showers, hot tub, sauna, steam room), conference/training center and restaurant.

Our goal is to provide individuals of all ages the opportunity to experience a true wellness and fitness experience that incorporates education with measurable results. The Legacy Team is full of experienced individuals in the health & wellness sector who are continuously striving to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. Our state of the art facilities coupled with our team’s structured programs make the Legacy Center Southeast Michigan’s destination for sports, health and a first class experience.

Level 2 Memberships includes access to all of Legacy Fitness’ Group classes that include Spin, Yoga, Bootcamp and more. This level also includes all Level 1 Membership access as well.

Level 3: Legacy Fit

Legacy Fit is our premier fitness membership that includes access to all of our small group personal training classes. Class sizes of no more then 12 people creates an intimate atmosphere that allows our Fitness Specialists to better create targeted and participant specific programs for that day’s class. Level 3 also includes access to all Level 2 Membership benefits.

Athlete Performance Training

Our sport-specific Performance Training programs specialize in helping athletes reach their greatest potential in their said sport. We accomplish this by utilizing cutting edge weight training techniques in coordination with speed and agility progressions to insure game day success and longevity for all of our athletes.
